Visa Application Process
Step 1: Determine the Appropriate Visa Type
Choose the visa that best matches the purpose of your visit:
Schengen Tourist Visa – for tourism, visiting family or friends, etc.
Business Visa – for attending meetings, conferences, or other business-related activities.
Step 2: Understand the Required Documents
Familiarize yourself with the documents typically required for your visa type. Our team will guide you through the necessary documents upon consultation.
Step 3: Schedule an Appointment
Book an appointment with the designated Visa Application Center or embassy/consulate.
Step 4: Complete the Application & Gather Documents
Fill out the visa application form accurately. Based on your travel purpose, we will assist you in organizing and preparing the necessary supporting documents to ensure your application is complete.
Step 5: Attend Your Appointment
Arrive on time at the Visa Application Center or embassy/consulate. Submit your application and biometric data (fingerprints and photograph), and pay the applicable visa fee.
Step 6: Track Your Application
Monitor the status of your application online using the tracking system. You’ll need your application reference number and date of birth.
Step 7: Receive Your Passport
Once processing is complete, collect your passport in person or opt for courier delivery (if available). If your visa is approved, verify that all details on the visa sticker are correct.
Step 8: Prepare for Travel
When traveling to Italy, carry all necessary documents with you. Border officers may request proof of accommodation, a return ticket, and evidence of sufficient financial means.

Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Moldova, Montenegro, Ukraine: Visa exemption applies to holders of biometric Passport. Other Conditions apply.
Hong Kong SAR - Visa Exemption only applies to holders of a ‘Hong Kong Special Administrative Region’ passport.
Macao SAR - Visa Exemption only applies to holders of a ‘Região Administrativa Especial de Macau’ passport.
Taiwan - Visa Exemption only applies to holders of passports issued by Taiwan which include an identity card number.
Application Form
1 Recent (3 Months old) Passport size photos
Original Passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of return. Two sequent blank pages.
Photocopy of current passport and Civil ID.
Copy of resident permit valid for minimum 3 Months after return date.
Air ticket booking and copy to any destination in Italy or train tickets or Car reservation
Hotel booking or accommodation proof
All Risk Health and Travel Insurance
Non – Kuwaiti Residence: Original salary certificate
Copy of valid Kuwaiti work permit
Original Bank Statement
Business Owners/Self Employed: Original Trade License or company registration certificate
Sponsored: Sponsorship letter and Sponsor’s documents.
Minor travelling with one parent/legal guardian/travelling alone: Birth certificate, original authorization signed by parents/legal guardian. Copy of passports of parents/legal guardians.
Birth certificate and national IDs for: Pakistan, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Palestine, Yemen, Iraq
Marriage Certificate if applicable for non-Kuwaitis
One recent passport size photograph (not older than 6 months).
Size must be 3.5 x 4.5 cm with a white background.
Straight Posture
