• Q.What should I have while applying for a Visa?

  1. Passport- original and copy& copy of your Emirates ID

  2. A no objection letter from the company/sponsor of the applicant

  3. An attested copy of your original bank statement (6 months)

  4. A travel insurance certificate and copy of return ticket

  5. A copy of your hotel reservation during the intended stay.

  6. Minimum validity of 6 months on residence Visa and passport

• Q.What should be the validity on my passport?

  Your passport should be valid for at least six months from the date of travel.

• Q.What services will houseoftours Visa desk provide me?

  Our Visa Consultant will provide complete information about the visa application process and assist in organising all necessary documentation as per the Embassy checklist including the visa forms. Depending on the Consulate/Embassy rules for different countries, the visa will be applied for by houseoftours or will have to be applied in person by the individual. • Q.Do I get a refund if my Visa application has been rejected?

  Visa approval is solely dependent on the Consulate rules. The visa application fee is non-refundable in all cases, including if the visa application is rejected.

• Q.How do I complete the Visa application process?

  Once you have confirmed your application with us and made payment, either online or offline, our Consultant shall get in touch with you to complete the Visa application forms. We will also assist to schedule an appointment with VFS Global who manages visa application centres for UK Visas. You have to visit VFS on the scheduled date and provide biometrics and submit the Visa form and documents as per check list. The passport would be couriered to you once the Visa processing is complete. As simple as that!

• Q.How many days will it take to process my visa?

  Under normal circumstances, processing time is 14 working days. However, the Visa processing is also dependent on nationality of the applicant and in some cases might take longer. We offer Express Visa services at an additional service charge wherein applicants can get their Visa within 5 working days if approved.
